Welcome to my site. My fascination with
photography can be traced to my childhood
in Mobile, Alabama. I would spend a good portion of my allowance to develop my pictures at the neighborhood five-and-dime.
A few years ago I
took a few courses in photography at the Corcoran College of Art + Design
to advance my understanding and skills in
this art form.
It was at the Corcoran that I realized my love of detail and
candid (or photojournalistic style)
photography.
Though not an accredited
professional photographer, as a hobbiest, I've had
the good fortune to apply my photographic talent at trade events and professional meetings; for use in
books, magazines, and promotional material;
and to document weddings and
other ceremonies.
In 2005, I began the transition from film to digital (Canon EOS 10D and EOS 5D) and invested in a number
of professional-grade and quality lenses.
It is my pleasure to invite you to review my
galleries and to send me any candid critiques. |
